I build revenue operations systems that actually work.

20+ years turning GTM chaos into operational clarity — across acquisitions, churn crises, and revenue rebuilds for complex B2B SaaS companies.

My career has been built in the deep end. RevOps, Customer Success, GTM strategy — I don't just advise on these things, I build them from scratch and operate inside them. From founder-led scale-ups to PE-backed mid-market firms to large enterprise orgs — the ownership model doesn't change how I show up. The work still has to actually work.

I'm usually the call someone makes when things have gotten complicated faster than the org can keep up. Maybe it's a string of acquisitions that never fully landed. Maybe churn is climbing and nobody can agree on why. Maybe the GTM motion looks fine on paper but the numbers tell a different story. That's my lane — the messy middle where you need someone who'll ask the hard questions and stay to fix it.

I don't build systems for the sake of having systems. If a process doesn't protect revenue, improve margins, or make someone's job measurably easier — I don't build it. Full stop. My frameworks are built for the people running them every day, not for a deck that lives on a shared drive.

I lead with radical honesty and a lot of "why." Not to be difficult — but because the root cause of most operational problems is buried under a few layers of "that's just how we do it here." I ask those questions, I stay through the uncomfortable answers, and I help organizations build something that lasts.
